5 miles. Recently expanded, this trail system winds through the south side of Mark McHenry Park grounds south of Rush Creek and KCI airport.  The Mark McHenry Park trail is maintained through a partnership with the Kansas City, MO Parks Department. 
 
Location: For the closest parking to the trailhead, turn North on N, Amity exit on 152 HWY. Turn west on Old Tiffany Springs Road for approximately 2 miles to N. Childress Ave. The trailhead parking lot entrance is on the west side of the intersection. The gates are open dawn to dusk Friday thru Sunday and during scheduled events
